- Strong registration numbers for the largest logistics trade show in the United States
- 62% of exhibitors from North, Central, and South America
- Hotspot for multimodal transport and IT innovation
From November 11 to 13, 2025, the international logistics industry will gather at the Miami Beach Convention Center. The focus will be on the future of global supply chains: transport logistic Americas & air cargo Americas, together with project cargo Americas, brings together exhibitors from 18 countries and five world regions, underlining the global significance of the trade fair.
Three brands. One mission.
Advancing multimodal transport and connected supply chains. Jointly, transport logistic, project cargo, and air cargo Americas form the leading trade show for logistics, mobility, IT, and supply chain management in the Americas. The show will open with a ceremony featuring Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava (invited), German Consul General Christofer Burger, and other prominent political and business leaders.
A special feature this year: for the first time, project cargo Americas will highlight innovations and best practices in heavy-lift and oversized cargo transport.
“Miami continues to prove itself as the perfect venue,” says Dr. Robert Schönberger, Global Industry Lead at Messe München. “Its strategic location makes the show a true hub — not just for goods, but for global connections. Thanks to the incredible efforts of our partners, transport logistic Americas is now more multimodal and international than ever before. We look forward to the interaction between exhibitors, visitors, and speakers. Ultimately, it’s the people who make this event what it is — a melting pot for shippers and logistics professionals from around the world.”

Multimodal Focus with Strong Air Cargo Presence
Occupying Halls C and D of the Miami Beach Convention Center and covering more than 5,000 square meters (over 50,000 sq ft), the exhibition will showcase innovative solutions to meet the challenges of global logistics networks. Every transport mode and every link in the supply chain is represented — from air, sea, and rail to road and digital logistics. The exhibitors include companies of all sizes, from large companies to start-ups
While the air cargo segment remains a cornerstone of the event with its renowned conference program, service and technology providers for road, rail, and maritime transport now account for half of all exhibitors. In addition, digitalization is taking center stage: one in five exhibitors will feature innovations in IT, telematics, and data-driven logistics.
A Truly Global Lineup
North America represents the largest share of exhibitors at 55%, including companies from the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Central and South America contribute around 7%, with participants from Costa Rica, Panama, Argentina, Colombia, and Uruguay. Europe follows with 23%, featuring exhibitors from France, Germany, Sweden, Türkiye, and the United Kingdom, while Asia makes up another 15%, represented by Uzbekistan, China, Hong Kong, India, and the United Arab Emirates. Altogether, exhibitors represent a truly global marketplace.
Strong Visitor Growth and High-Level Audience
Visitor registration is outpacing the previous editions, with numbers already exceeding the last event three weeks before opening day. Early data shows a high proportion of C-level executives and key industry decision makers. Most registrations traditionally occur in the final days leading up to and during the event. Admission to the international trade fair and its high-caliber conference program featuring 19 sessions across two stages is free to attend. The show continues to attract a strong international audience, with a significant percentage of attendees traveling from outside the United States.
Networking. Knowledge. Business.
Messe München has developed transport logistic Americas following the successful concept of the world’s leading logistics trade fair in Munich — as a platform for learning, networking, and business growth. “In a connected global economy, logistics depends on strong and stable partnerships,” Schönberger emphasizes. “Especially in uncertain times, people value personal interaction more than ever. The strong commitment of our exhibitors and the rising visitor numbers show that our concept is working.”
